Minimums
The Install is a 3-month commitment. Retainers run month to month after a 3-month initial term.
Billing
Retainers billed in advance on the 1st. Diagnostic billed 50% at signing, 50% on delivery.
Your data
All client data belongs to you and is handed over in usable form at the end.
Termination
30 days' written notice by either side after the initial term.
